Sabor Alhambra

This new shop along the Albaycin’s main commercial alley specializes in premium Turkish sweets such as baklava, lokum, which is also known as Turkish delight, and caramelized fruits and nuts. The honey-drenched baklavas come in all shapes and sizes and the selection of lokum includes dozens of flavors such as lemon, cherry, mango, banana or rose. The bilingual staff will be happy to help you choose between these artisan sweets, which they say encompass the cultural diversity of both Istanbul and Granada. The shop also sells some prepackaged confections and can arrange any combination of products in elaborate and elegant gift boxes.
