A new salad bar just off Plaza Bib Rambla is a welcome and healthy addition to the local fast-food scene. The a la carte experience means you get to choose your own ingredients starting with a base of lettuce, pasta, quinoa or a wrap, followed by a wide selection of fresh veggies and proteins. Top it off with one of the many tasty salad dressings that are not very common in this part of Spain, where olive oil and vinegar are most often used as salad condiments. Inma and her business partner XX are young entrepreneurs who embarked on this business adventure just a couple of months ago by opening Luxalad’s first Granada location. The chain was originally founded in 2018 by a Belgian couple and now operates 5 franchised locations throughout Spain.
